The ‘Mangerton’ is all about the hunt. Many seasons of rigorous field testing by a team of professional stalkers fed into the final design of this knife, resulting in a geometry that blends everything the hunter needs; a sharp, slightly raised point for bleeding the beast and control in the gralloch and a precise upward curve to assist with field dressing and skinning. A deeply recessed finger notch provides a firm grip no matter what nature throws at you.
The Mangerton is named for the iconic mountain that rises to the south of Killarney in County Kerry, shrouded in native oak woodland and historic stronghold of the native Irish Red deer, resident since the last ice age.
