The ‘Muckross’ is the result of years of development, in search of the perfect tool to assist with field dressing medium to large deer (Sika, fallow, red). As well as being perfect in the gralloch, it is indispensable in the larder when it comes time to skin your hard-won animal.

The Muckross was named for the historic estate on the edge of Killarney, now part of the National Park and home to a large population of red and sika deer.
